A service plan is the service subscription automatically linked with a specific AMC Banking product. AMC has been delivering banking software since 1994, and in recent years, we have found our products are more and more entangled with the services we deliver in connection with cloud hosted software (SaaS), in contrast to more traditional software. Essentially, AMC has formalized the specific services necessary for AMC to commit to for our customers to enjoy the benefits of our products’ capabilities.
