Follow these steps for solving the problem.

- Go to license.amcbanking.dk and activate the “forgot password” link. Type your email and follow the instructions.
- If you have a Dynamics NAV, activate the following form and type in the correct login/password.(You can type “Bank data” in the search field to access the form)

- If you have a Dynamics AX, activate the following form and type in the correct login/password(Go to AMC-Banking Setup Parameters XTendLink)
